The Morning Wind

Violent, howling, impotent rage,
Relentless, never tiring, the cold morning wind,
Furious, like a lover-scorned of age,
Lashes,Lashes against the wall
Are you, like me, mad at the daily grind,
Yelling mute reminders and screaming sighs,
Of the days and years passing us by ?
Carpe Diem! Seize the day,
Is that what you are trying to say?
Or, like two lovers who can never be,
Their silent anguish render thee?
Violent, howling, impotent rage.

It is me the wind
don't you know the ocean
is in love with shore?
I am bringing the waves to shore
for them to meet
to know there is harmony
even in chaos
In carpe diem
there is hope
that they sieze the moment
before it vanishes

neat!, thx for stopping by!

Hi,

Thanx for dropping by. Came here to apologise for the Anonymous comment directed at you in my blog.

Your poem reminds of someone else's poem. Are you Sir J? :))
